Both, the <g class=\"gr_ gr_82 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation multiReplace\" id=\"82\" data-gr-id=\"82\">PhD<\/g> student and the advisor have expectations regarding the progress and outcome of the           <g class=\"gr_ gr_7 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation multiReplace\" id=\"7\" data-gr-id=\"7\">PhD<\/g> project. <g class=\"gr_ gr_12 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Style multiReplace\" id=\"12\" data-gr-id=\"12\">This           does<\/g> not necessarily mean that they follow the same way <g class=\"gr_ gr_13 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Style multiReplace\" id=\"13\" data-gr-id=\"13\">to           meet<\/g> <g class=\"gr_ gr_14 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_hide gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Style multiReplace replaceWithoutSep replaceWithoutSep\" id=\"14\" data-gr-id=\"14\">these           expectations<\/g>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As in other\n          relationships, effective communication is also a key aspect\n          for the cooperation\n          between PhD students and their advisor(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants of the workshop are invited to share their experiences and discuss ideas for improvement. <br><strong>When               registering for this workshop, participants will receive a               questionnaire
